Cost of proposed works
It has been reported that the cost of the works will be of the order of £40,000-£50,000 PER FLAT
Lessee owned
A significant number of lessees own their windows as part of the flat demise. These lessees do not have to permit their windows to be replaced. Why should these lessees pay for windows that belong to others Flats retained by MetProp (ie not leased) are clearly not part of the common part
